For now, here is how I would like the process to work for everyone involved. I will post the dinner on this blog and make an event on Facebook noting the date, times and central theme for the dinner.
If you are interest in attending the dinner send a simple email to Driftlessfood@gmail.com noting which time you would like to reserve and for how many. Include your name and telephone number. Also please note in your email if you have any food allergies or preferences. In the future we will be able to offer Vegan or Gluten Free options in addition to the normal menu. After we receive your reservation we will email or call you back confirming your reservation and time.
Hopefully soon I will have access to accepting Credit Cards, but for the mean time cash or check.
Also for the first dinner we will only have BYOB for alcoholic drinks, we will have coffee, juice, soda, etc. to offer our guests.
