Chef Justin Scardina
Justin Scardina was raised in Chicago, IL. He moved to Decorah, IA to attend Luther College and fell in love with one of his passions, cooking. Justin is largely self-taught and studies religiously. He started working in restaurants over ten years ago and first professionally at La Rana Bistro in 2003 and has cooked there since. In addition, he has run a small coffee cafe and taught many diverse cooking classes. He is also the owner/ chef of Driftless Food & Catering, a small private catering company serving the greater northeast Iowa area and operates a farmer’s market booth as well.
